Booked this expecting a normal room, motel style. What you actually get is a repurposed shipping container with zero insulation, zero soundproofing. You hear everything: conversations, laughter, someone lighting a cigarette outside, every fart, yawn and whatever else you can imagine. It’s worse than a bunk bed in hostel (those at least have real walls). Sleep is basically impossible. This is not a hostel. It’s not a motel. It’s a metal box, and that’s not disclosed anywhere in the listing. I felt completely misled. If you’re a light sleeper, or just expect basic comfort before your flight just avoid it. Go in knowing what it is, or don’t go at all.

The air conditioning worked well, and the shower was good. The location is also convenient, especially for the airport (around 5 minutes by car or 15 minutes on foot). The beach is about 10 minutes away by car, and the city centre around 20 minutes.

The main issue was the extremely poor sound insulation. The walls are very thin — almost like paper — and we could hear everything from neighbouring rooms, including conversations, children playing, babies crying, and even people snoring at night. This made it quite difficult to rest properly. Also the room had a strong smell of dampness which wasn't very pleasant - I think it might have been coming from the Aircon, which could use a deep cleaning.
