"What was about to be a disaster was a complete turn around with this property."

Staff were so helpful on the phone when I booked. I had a nightmare with a different property and wasn’t able to stay there and the staff helped me out, out of hours and were brilliant at helping me check into this property.

"Nice, clean, spacious apartment"

It was nicely decorated, spacious too, and situated in a decent space (bus was a few mins out from city centre)

Maybe a few extra kitchen equipment that people wouldn’t bring with them when travelling like baking trays would have been nice. Other than that - all is good.

The place was very nice and spacious. I really enjoyed the staying and was quite close to town.

The living room was very nice and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom is nice too.
