Location is perfect. A supermarket is nearby. Walking distance from convention center. The apartment is specious, kitchen has everything to prepare food. Communication with the owner is perfect, David replied immediately to every question. The terrace is nice.

It is an old house and it can get noisy and smelly from neighbors. It is a little darker.
