The Receptionist waited for us to arrive since we arranged out late coming. She was knowledgeful and very accommodating to our needs. She recommended a change of a room from 1 to another to cater for our needs according to changes we made.

Keep on doing the good work. Maybe you offer tea bags or coffee? since there were mugs & a kettle in the room? Unless if we were requested to get from reception maybe? That will make this better for that comforting tea/coffee.
