Vibrant Living in Harmony, unit C

It wasn't clear from the description or booking confirmation emails that we would be using the garage door opener as our primary way of entering the unit. I think I remember one email saying we needed to call to get the door code, but I couldn't find that email when we arrived at the unit. The door code was 8-10 digits long and was spoken to me over the phone quickly as I was at the door, trying to access the unit. I would've preferred having it written down somewhere, as it's easier for me to process visual info. It also would have been nice to have instructions for how the AC remotes operated the units.

Good amenities on site. Especially appreciated the heat pump for cooling as it was a particularly hot day. We also enjoyed the eclectic mug collection.

Wasn't expecting stairs, which turned out fine as we're both able to navigate them. The garage was narrow for the expedition we traveled in, but by flipping in the side mirrors we fit.

The stay was fantastic. There was a lot more space inside than initially anticipated, and there were provided board games, TV, and facilities. There is a small outdoor area outback and remote controlled AC units in just about every room in the house.

The location is a little out-of-the-way but there are still some nice locations downtown directly nearby. It is about 10-30 minutes from the city depending on traffic. Otherwise there are great places to eat, and some run-of-the-mill convenience stores directly outside.

The lounge & kitchen area was comfortable with good provisions, good lighting. Bathroom was well layed out, good space and clean. Good supply of towels.

Very minimal curtain coverage over the windows. Bed comfort was average. I reserved and paid several days before we flew into Seattle but heard nothing back from booking.com to tell us where to collect the keys, despite emailing the property owner twice. Even after we landed there was nothing. I had to ring the property owner but no answer, although he later rang while I was talking to booking.com. Having an email from booking.com to say that they only reserve the property, it is our responsibility to contact the property owner, is very disappointing. It seems thst you were willing to take the money but not the responsibility.

Nothing. It was perfect.

Had difficulty sleeping, I think larger curtains to cover window fully would help make room darker
