GBNot being able to park at flat. Due to an inconsiderate person parking across access
GBWe have visited Montrose for a few years now staying in another fab accommodation. This was our first stay in this apartment. Won't be out last! Gaining access was easy using a keybox. The apartment is clean, tidy and modern. Greeted with a lovely welcome hamper. The owners have also went above and beyond with everything you might need for your stay. From tea, coffee and sugar to bits and bobs in food cupboards. Towels, toiletries, toilet rolls provided. A few family games. There's a seating area outside with a wall mounted clothes airer. Location wise it's a few minutes walk to the high street in one direction with parks and beach in the other. Parking available outside accommodation. Super Easy to find using the directions from owners. Lots of nice restaurants and places to visit near by. Information about these are in a folder put together by owners.

GBA lovely property, making the most of its cosy space. Really well equipped. Very friendly and helpful hosts and a lovely unexpected welcome basket when we arrived.
It would be nice if there were somewhere four people could eat together - there's a breakfast bar for two, but not really room for a dining table. Maybe a drop leaf table might fit in to make that possible?

IEThe experience was amazing from start to finish, the welcome pack, the ease of access, the clean fresh smell, the facilities and decor. Absolutely everything gave us the comfort of home and made our stay so much more special than a regular hotel would have.
There was really nothing that we could think of that would have improved the property or our experience there. 10 out of 10.
