Beatrice was very kind and when I asked her if I could leave my luggage in the morning, given that check-in is after 15:00, she replied that I could check in because the apartment was ready. Thank you very much for the gesture, Beatrice. The breakfast was nice, there was everything I could have wanted, even more!

Properly is perfect, location is great. I totally recommend it to everyone who is looking for a place in Bergamo.

Very nice building in a calm side street, spacious apartment, perfectly clean, good quality toiletries, breakfast was quite good for an apartment type of accommodation, the communication with host is excellent.

A small lamp for reading in bedroom could be useful.

Lovely experience, highly recommended! The apartment is located in a quiet area, close to the railway station and the old city as well.

It's a great space with a lot of home comforts, the host have thought of everything. I had arranged a 9pm arrival, due to travel plans and my tired brain couldn't work out the entry system. They were really patient with me, despite the late hour. Thank you x

The bathroom could do with an update, but all still really clean and functional.

The house is really creative with loads of inspiring travel words!

Clean apartment, clear check in process, good location.

Some basic things were missing e.g. washing machine detergent, hand soap in bathroom, kitchen tissues, any kind of floor mopping.
