Modern Studio Apt with Rooftop, Gym, and Parking

The place was exactly like it was pictured! The location, plus facilities were wonderful. Host gave WONDERFUL instructions for check in/out, parking, etc. & ensured us that she was available if anything came up!

Nothing on the "dislike" list! Just FYI - because of all the windows, there is quite a strong draft inside (especially if you go during the winter) so I'd suggest bringing your own additional covers, etc. since there isn't extras on-site. Also, just wanted to note that as far as the blinds on the balcony door - they were a bit hard to use because of the cord attached not being aligned properly.

The property was close to the concert venue and offered free parking. Staff was quick to respond to questions and concerns.

I did not like that the air conditioner was broken and there was no notice to us. A mobile replacement was present but I would expect communication about cardboard/duct tape on the window and a tube hanging out into the balcony. This made it easier to hear all noise/traffic outside the apartment building which at times was annoying.

Location was one of the key factors. Went to an event at the Fiserv, very convenient. Restaurants, bars, and other attractions within a 15 minute walk. Parking garage access also very beneficial. Cost was actually less than similar bookings further away.

The bed mattress was a little uncomfortable for me, but I have issues with just about any bed that isn't like mine. My only real complaint would be that you should have a disclaimer regarding the street side parking when arriving. Street parking can be difficult to find at the metered spots along/ near the building in the evening, especially if they're are events in the area.

The room was excellent! I will definitely book with her again when I am back in Milwaukee.

There was nothing I did not like. Everything was great!

We loved that it was right across the fiserv.forum! We didn’t have to stress out for parking as we had free parking with our stay!!

Small apartment but still seemed spacious. Comfortable- tv had all channels. Every question we had was answered immediately .
