St Brelade's Bay Hotel

The view and the breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Not being told that there was no lift to the floor my room was on. Also we were not informed that we would have to climb into a bath for a shower. I have just had a new knee and suffered because of this. The room didn’t have a sofa as per my description which would have been very useful.

It has fantastic heated outdoor pool With plenty of beds & towels with a lovely pool area restaurant, Location to the best beach with bars & restaurants

Great location, attentive staff, great food, scallops were cooked to perfection! Garden was beautiful, loved Petit Port bar and lovely pool area. All made you feel very pampered

A bit tired in places

The staff were great and did a wonderful job. Easy access to the beach or lovely gardens. You didn't have to leave the hotel for anything but if you did it's a short walk to loads of good restaurants and bars.

Lack of Air conditioning, but we did stay in a heatwave and didn't ask for a room fan until the last night. My mum was staying in a seaview balcony and just opened the balcony door for cooling sea breeze. It isn't the cheapest place in Jersey but you definitely get what you pay for.

Location, facilities, food.

No aircon so the room was a little stuffy but we did have a fan which helped and meant we could sleep more comfortably.
