Lokacija, dostopnost, blizu centra. Stanovanje čisto, lepo opremljeno.

Premalo posode za kuhanje, samo en velik lonec in mala kozica, tri stare ponve, obrabljene, opraskan teflon, niso primerne za uporabo.
