Efficient check in with good communication although no meet and greet - Location unbeatable- wonderful swimming a few steps away - gorgeous view- location abutting the Duomo and boat harbour and friendly eatery on site - free lounging chairs - abundant bottled water given as well as good coffee/tea and light cake 24/7 - too good to be true !!!!

Posizione ottima, terrazza sarebbe magnifico ci fosse un parasole, ma il porto è meraviglioso e una "spiaggia" è subito lì uscito dalla camera

Spazi molto stretti, lo staff c'è solo poche ore al giorno e con una camera al piano terra, la finestra del bagno da sul marciapiede e la finestra di camera da direttamente sulla spiaggia con i bagnanti, quindi essenzialmente non lo apri mai

It was close to the water, and that was beautiful. The woman who greeted us was amazing, kind, and helpful! She was the best part of the experience. She even came and helped me get to the hotel, as I had just injured myself and was on crutches. Our room was luckily on the first floor, so it was easy to get to.

Since our room was on the first floor, we only had one very, very small window. The room was extremely stuffy and filled with perfume. The AC fan was broken, so it wasn't very strong, and when you opened the tiny window, the AC would go off completely. It was very loud as we were close to the door and could hear everyone walking in and out. The AC was working so poorly, and it was so stuffy that we tried to open the window, but unfortunately, there is a bar with tables right outside the one little tiny window, and we were woken up in the middle of the night by a drunk man snoring outside. For the price, I expect more. Our room should have been way cheaper, and if it were, I would have at least known what I was getting into. The pictures are misleading. I would not recommend it, and if you do stay there, be sure your room is at least on the second floor.
