BGI rented this for my parents visiting Volos and they were very happy with the place. Host is helpful and very friendly. The place is absolutely pristine in terms of conditions. There’s food, drinks included, just an overall positive experience! But what blew me away was her 12-year old boy who speaks absolutely marvellous English and is there to translate and make your experience a very smooth one.

BEWe liked the fact that the whole place was spotless and especially the nice patio outside.
Really, we were surprised by the kindness of the host,who was waiting for us at the door, with a big smile .Even she kept for us a parking space for the car. Definitely, I recommend it for travellers seeking a prime location in Volos.

Floor of the room, like it was underground, never mentioned on the page… The price of 80€ per night for that, was very expensive.
GRAnna's Home is a beautiful modern apartment in the heart of beautiful Volos, just two blocks away from the sea and the promenade. It offers and comfortable bedroom - the bed mattress is great, modern bathroom and a large salon-kitchen with a great sofa and a ultra complete kitchen with lots of goodies courtesy of the lovely hostess! I would definitely suggest it as a base for your vacation in Volos and trips in magical Pilio!
The apartment is located in the ground floor of an old block of flats, has no balcony but a background yard and the daylight is limited. Still, these won't bother you as the apartment itself is very satisfying!
