Very well located and really lovely and helpful staff. The room was spotlessly clean and there was a little cafe downstairs to get a drink and something to eat. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel.

Large rooms. Close to the hanok village.

Rooms are good size. Beds are good.. Balcony is great addition. Location is great.. Close to market and night street. Staff is good

Had a half eaten sandwich sitting in my balcony for over a day.. They don't clean after 1pm... Breakfast is way too early for a holiday.. It's 7-9am only.

Nice hotel in a good location. Next to the Hanok village which has excellent food and shops. Everything is in walking distance. Easy to get to by bus. Very basic free breakfast is available. Staff are lovely and very accommodating.

Hotel is on a busy road so traffic is a bit noisy. Room above us kept moving furniture around all through the night with loud footsteps, no carpet so the sound travels. Shower floor fills up easily and floods the bathroom, seems like there might be a drainage problem.

location, nice spacious room

The hotel was located at the skirts of hanok village. It was quiet and provided access to a lot of restaurants at night. The room was warm as it had heated floors and the staff were very kind and friendly. The free breakfast had minimal options but it was enough. The shower was really nice with it's rain showerhead. The place smelt amazing. Regret not finding out what scent it was.

When we entered the room it was a little unclean. Food from the previous guest was left in the fridge and some hair was visible near the beds. The staff took quick action to apologize and empty the bin. The sliding door to the bathroom was annoying because it was difficult to open from the inside.
