pathetic rooms and even worse kitchen... cockroaches all over and the receptionist was the worst ever...never seen anyone so unprofessional and arrogant

Everything. NOT clean, Smells very bad; changed the price at the location; no internet, NO AC and NO TV reception. The fact is there is no customer service. Their rating is NOT true. It was made up. Booking.com should not partner ;with OYO corporation

Rooms smells like a shit 😩 its was complete disaster trust me i m not that kinda of person who trying to leave bad comments about there business.. but trust me we stayed few days it was a torture.. so dirty and cocroches every where on walls inside the bathroom and scrolling on your bed.. i can't explain...

Hotel is In Really bad location definitely not recommended from me. Don’t go otherwise your money totally wasted.

1. Second cheapest option around airport 2. Not far from Airport, if there is no traffic.

1. Toilet seat was filthy 2. very small room. 3. On a busy road, on top of a restaurant. 4. Absolutely no windows in the room. 5. Bad towels, no napkins 6. Pictures on the booking.com look better than actual. 7. They even mis-named the property as 'Terminal-2' with a very generic address and post code. The property name and address are different than what is on the booking.com email. I had to search a lot on Internet to find them. None of supplied phone worked when I tried to contact the hotel. 8. They sent me an email with whatsapp number where they answered my address question (and responded to my voice call). 9. Did not take card, I had to give cash.
