1. Ample space for parking within the apartment and on road. 2. It is good if all 4 rooms are booked by a single group as they can feel like home since the hall, and dining area is shared. 3. There is an elevator for upper-room accessibility.

1. It is not a hotel but an apartment with 4 rooms on each floor. A common hall and each bedroom is a room that is given to the customers. 2. No restaurant 3. This seems to be in a residential area and not an ideal location as there is nothing around. 4. No toiletries in the bathroom. 5. No water bottles are provided.

Nothing to say . Even it is not a budget friendly . we can get many options with that price range.

Location , very far and it is a remote aera . Room is not cleaned after check out and offered the same room to me. I complained the same and they changed the room .

Issue started right from the time we attempted to check in. The staff at the reception quoted more price than what was on the reservation slip. I had to call Treebo customer care to settle the matter in my favour. The room had broken washroom fixtures. I asked for a complementary water bottle, all I got was tap water filled in a reusable plastic water bottle. The location is quiet but the road to the property is muddy. Car parking is congested if there are more guests. The staff doesn’t care. They show faces as if they are offering us some free accommodation. Will I visit them again? Definitely a BIG no!

Breakfast was not provided the second day. First day it was for name sake, one parcel of their choice.

Location is poor. Breakfast is from some roadside stall and they forgot providing on 2nd day.
