Everything! Georgia was the perfect hostess: friendly and responsive in advance of our trip, she went out of her way (Georgia works full time at an hour’s drive from Alba) to be present at our arrival. She and her sister Emma greatly helped with our check in, carrying luggage from our car to the 2nd floor apartment, and provided plenty of tips (shops, restaurants etc) to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The apartment had all we needed, with one minor exception (see below).

The apartment has no sitting/reading room; all but one of the chairs are kitchen or desk chairs.

"Very good stay, would choose again if I had the opportunity to come"

The room was well equipped, very quiet, the landlord was particularly welcoming, 10 minutes from the old town center. It comes with a fixed parking position, which is easy to get in and out.
