The location is in a prime area and close to the beach

Upon arrival, we encountered several severe cleanliness and maintenance issues: Hygiene & Cleanliness: The floors were so excessively sticky that they ruined our socks, forcing us to discard every pair used inside the house. Additionally, the dishes left for our use were unwashed and dirty. Amenities out of Order: The swimming pool had not been cleaned and was unusable, the kitchen lighting was broken/insufficient, and the television was entirely non-functional. Lack of Basic Essentials: The property failed to provide even the most elementary hospitality essentials, such as basic salt or sugar. While I acknowledge that your team attempted to clean the floor and resolve the TV issue a day later, the floor cleaning was still unsatisfactory, and the overall experience of our stay had already been deeply compromised. The house only offers very basic features, which do not align with the premium price we paid. Because the value of the accommodation did not match the financial investment, I am requesting a partial refund to compensate for the significant inconvenience, lack of cleanliness, and unusable amenities during our stay. The property agents who manage the property has got a lot of rules but looks like they are least bothered about the maintenance of the house. They should actually repay me for the inconvenience caused.

The location was fantastic, easy access and walk across the road to the beach, shops and other restaurants. The home was comfortable and Lindiwe was very efficient.

The location of the house is amazing. Lindiwe that works there is great. She is so helpful.

Luckily we didn't need the "6th" bedroom as it has one bunk bed and a sleeper couch so it isn't really a 6 bedroom house.
