River Estates Resort, Restaurant & Spa by Vibescapes

The location is good, very peaceful & serene. The rooms are well made and clean. Restaurant staff was sweet & courteous & tried their best to help with whatever limited resources they had.

There is no activity to be done. There are 9 rooms, 1 restaurant and 1 swimming pool. Thats it!!! No activity area, no spa etc. I do understand that the hotel is expected to add these later. Few more points. 1) Restaurant: I think the staff was very sweet & courteous to make the best out of the limited resources. Limited menu & not all items available. Takes too long to cook & deliver, but food taste was good. Very limited spread in breakfast & all items were cold (thankfullyy except the tea!!!) We asked for an omlette in the morning & after half an hour they said, they had run out of eggs & hence couldn't make an omlette. 2) Room was clean, but need better & mo43 toiletries Swimming pool: doesn't have a changing room. 3) Reception staff was completely cluesless. Infact, reception area was generally vacant with no one around

Excellent hospitality by the staff. Especially Satish was disciplined and the welcome was good. Food was too good. Room was also oood with Riverside view.

Pretty Expensive in relation with facilities provided. Almost no indoor games...monsoon you can not play outside. Otherwise fine

the location was very good, complete serenity and peace . if someone's looking for a break from the chaos of Mumbai ,then it's the perfect place to visit. it's still a new property,few things are still being constructed but that doesn't disturb you. The staff is very attentive and helpful. Gajjanan , Abhishek and satish were all ears wlto whatever we had to say . The food at the restaurant was also very good which is something u dont always expect at a resort .

the only thing that was a small let down was the wait time for the food from the restaurant ! the orders have to be given an hour in advance for lunch or dinner . But again ,i guess that would be coz this is a new place just about 5 months old so I'm assuming staffing is at a minimal hence the wait . hopefully this would improve in the days to come. However, despite the wait ,the food was always spot on and delicious 😋

Excellent location amidst greenery and away from hustle bustle of the city.Delicious food and very good service. The entire staff was very responsive and courteous. The rooms are very spacious, clean and adequately furnished
