USLocation was perfectly described you take a few steps and you are on the beach. Staff was very accommodating and provided tips for an enjoyable and unforgettable experience.

Location is unbeatable: right on the beach and yet also two blocks from the main square. Jorge the owner was kind and helpful.

CALose to all the restaurants and shops and right across the street from the playa. We listed to the waves each night as we went to sleep.
We couldn’t use the TV because of its location. You would have a very stiff neck if you tried to watch it. Should be relocated to the bedroom.
CAThe manager was excellent.
No air conditioning. Had to leave the windows open and there was noise 2 nights until 3 am the other night I was woken at 5AM to banging like a car backfiring or shooting. We could hear our neighbors using the toilet. It was awful we left a day early. La penita was very disappointing. Guayabitos was much nicer, better beaches and more restaurants. No view from our balcony as described.
