The apartment had all the things we needed for two nights. It is really close to the Ferrari Museum.

Beds were not very comfortable. For 5 people the space was a little too small.

It was an excellent location for Modena and the Ferrari museums. Montale had all the facilities you could need. The apartment block was well maintained and the bedrooms spacious. Brilliant to have off-street, undercover reserved parking and a washing machine, which was very welcomed after a week-long road trip to reach Modena..

Throughout our stay there was a smell as if a previous guest had smoked or vaped. When we arrived there were air fresheners and incense sticks all over the apartment but they did nothing to mask the smell - instead just made it more unpleasant. The air conditioning units were also very inefficient - we arrived to a very hot, stuffy apartment and it took 2 of our 3 night stay to get to a comfortable temperature. There were no instructions for the appliances, no dishes to be able to cook food in the oven and whilst the sofa looked stylish, it was uncomfortable to sit on

La casa è facilmente raggiungibile percorso un lungo viale alberato. Nuova costruzione con mobili nuovi. 2 bagni di cui uno in camera con una splendida doccia. Cucina moderna. Proprietari gentilissimi telefonicamente e sempre disponibili anche di domenica. Per chi ha bisogno di spazio e di tranquillità lo consiglio vivamente.

Istruzioni per accedere alle chiavi (dopo 9 ore di macchina sarebbe più comoda un'apertura automatica per accedere alle chiavi). Posteggio interno ma non abbiamo potuto usufruire del servizio perchè il telecomando era scarico.

Appart super, très propre, très bien équipé

Very nice and modern appartment with enough space for 5 persons (2 adults & 3 kids). Bedroom and kids room were separate with comfortable beds. The kitchen, living room and huge balcony are outstanding. We can fully recommend!
