It's a bit complicated. Once you go in you need to park and collect the key. Then use the key to access parking for residents. The instructions should have mentioned park at the 7 elevan store and walk to the lobby at basement 2.

The TV android box wasn't functioning properly. The room only had AC but no fan. Not everyone can use AC for the whole night.
