It’s very central! The view from the terrace is amazing.

The kitchen and terrace are upstairs and that’s a bit inconvenient. The windows are facing a very busy street so it can get pretty loud.

Terrace, kitchen equipment (kettle, toaster...) bedroom, bed, bathroom...

Stairs to kitchen and terrace definitely not suitable for physically less able people, more of a ladder then stairs. But doable and the terrace is worth to climb to.
