Giá cả hợp lý, vị trí gần bãi biển, có chỗ để oto rộng. Đặc biệt là xa với khu Valley Club nên đỡ ồn hơn, thích hợp vs gia đình muốn không quá ồn vào ban đêm. Anh chủ ksan vui vẻ, hỗ trợ nhiệt tình.

Cái điều hòa dường như có vấn đề với filter nên không mát lắm. Ksan nên trang bị thêm quạt nữa thì OK.
