Dream Hotel - Richmond

Welcoming atmosphere. Very nice staff, always tried their best to be helpful, hard working. We got a rather spacious room that was all in all clean and well maintaned. Good bathroom (indian style) Laundry service right next to the hotel, service seems to be connected to the hotel.

Check out at 10 am is rather early. I suggest check out at 11 would be more relaxed

The location is the only good thing about this hotel. But otherwise, very bad..worst hotel ever. I have travelled across the globe stayed in a lot of very very small hotels too. But this is the worst so far. The staff especially were really really rude and demanding. Regret booking this

Extremely small rooms. They say they have balcony, but it's not a balcony, it's just a small really small place where only one person could stand, that too uncomfortably. No view. Because they have covered the road view with an iron sheet. So don't even call it a balcony.

Location is very good and apt for solo travellers

There is a receptionist over there unnecessarily makes problem ,he makes his own rules and trying the guests to exploit. House keeping is not a professional way -equal to a one star type.coming with a bucket and mop and do something and go.they don't bring spare towels or anything along with them and they don't have trolley for that. No toiletries provided -fitted holding hands soap ,shower gel and shampoo ,no other toiletries ,house keeping will not do voluntarily ,we should call and ask to do ,else they do t bother to do. No safe locker which was mentioned during booking . Brocken toilet closet seat I booked for room with balcony ,it was having balcony ,but vie is cover by a tin sheet by next property people ,what is the use of having a balcony and paying for that.
