"A gem in Bosham."

A little gem in Bosham ! Everything about this place is excellent. A warm and very friendly welcome and a perfect breakfast makes it a ‘must stay’ B&B in the beautiful village of Bosham.

The only minor complaint was the 4’6” double bed felt very small indeed !!

"Lovely host, fantastic food."

Clean, easy to navigate. Brilliant breakfast - our host was very generous. Tidy room. Twin availability.

Mattresses were a bit soft for our liking and the beds were very creaky. Access out of the bath was a little difficult for my mum.

What a little gem. Extremely well appointed premises ,very clean and tidy. Beds very comfortable .Substantial breakfasts of your choice all cooked by the very friendly and helpful host Alicia. Situated in quiet cul de sac and easy access to Chichester and Portsmouth.

Alicia was very welcoming and gave us useful suggestions for walks and places to visit. Breakfasts were delicious with lots of choice and a different ‘special' each morning. Excellent location in a beautiful area and close to local amenities.
