The customer service was very good, with a very seamless check-in experience. The building is clearly very new and very clean. Well air conditioned. There was also a very lovely view from the balcony.

Travelling by car the destination is perfect, but it is not too central that you can walk to the town, would have to take public transport which was ok since we had a car. The kitchen only has the very essentials (mugs, coffee, sugar, plates) would need your own utensils/spices etc if you hope to cook while you stay here.

Excellent appartment. Lookef brand new, it was clean and tidy. The host met us upon arrival and also offered clear communication prior to arrival. He was a great host and even bought us something to eat for the first morning; despite this not being included. He aldo provided us with a pdf document with google maps links to good restaurants, city parking, supermarket, things to see, important phone numbers etc. This pdf was very useful throughout the trip. I The flat is located a few minutes outside the city centre, which makes navigation easy of you (like us) plan to visit other surround areas such as Lake Guardia, Montova, Bologna etc. Strongly recommend staying at Borgoroma - Business and Apartments when going to Verona!

Lovely clean and modern appartment.

Perhaps our stay was slightly longer than most, but we found it an inconvenience that we couldn't keep the fridge on whilst we were out during the day. We were there for three nights, this meant we had to visit the supermarket daily so we could cook fresh food and we never had a cold drink. Also, we knew we were close to the main roads but there was no description to say quite how close!

It is new, very clean , easy to find , spacious for a family. Alessio was very nice, very communicative and helpful. We received recommendations for restaurants and other places around. For sure, if we are in the area again we will choose this place again. And I will recomend it to friends, too.

It is close to the main road but when you close the window it’s perfectly silent.

The hotel is very close to Verona, clean, well-equipped and modern. It is close to a road but the windows are very soundproof and you barely notice it. The owner is attentive, courteous and a good communicator. He provides you with all the neccessaties and curated information about the tourist attractions and good restaurants. We can highly recommend this accommodation.
