DEGroßes Apartment für kleinen Preis mit herrlichen Blick auf die Stadt. Die Lage ist besonders für Leute von Interesse die die Inseln vor Kota Kinabalu bereisen wollen da nur wenige Meter vom Fährhafen entfernt. Gute Infrastruktur drumherum mehrere Restaurants, 24h Läden, Waschsaloons in direkter Umgebung. Ein großen beleuchteten Pool gib es auch. Klimaanlagen in allen Zimmern und W-lan war auch ok. Fands sehr entspannt.
Als Raucher muß man leider immer 30 Etagen runter und wieder rauf ;) kleine Sache die vllt noch zu machen wäre wenn man im Bad das Licht einschaltet geht eine sehr laute Lüftung mit an.

THThe room was clean. It has very beautiful view of half sea, half forest on level 30. The host was responsive, reply quick message made the communication easy. It located in a very good location, easy to get around and very close to the jetty to the islands.
The smell of mothballs or some kind of cleaning solution was quite strong. We stayed here for 3 nights and the smell did not go away. The wall of bathroom could be cleaner but over all it's quite clean compared to other rooms we stayed in the same building.
AUHigh level floor. Nice view. Had all the basic facilities.
Could have a slightly bigger couch and dining table to fit 4 people and more toilet rolls. Maybe a mirror in the 2nd room.
ITLa posizione comodissima per il jesselton point, dista solo 2 minuti a piedi, vista stupenda sia dall'appartamento che dal 32esimo piano, piscina con vista molto bella ma non troppo pulita, penso per la grande quantità di persone, c'è anche una doccia nel livello della piscina. Ascensori mai troppo affollati. Comodi i letti e anche il divano letto. Ottima la doccia completamente chiusa, non frequente nel SEA. Nel complesso riprenoterei qui, ci siamo trovati benissimo!
Le uniche cose per cui non metto 10 sono: 1- in 5 una chiave sola è troppo poco considerando che serve per arrivare al piano dell'appartamento 2- l'appartamento era molto pulito e profumava ma purtroppo girano delle piccole blatte, ma penso sia normale e succeda ovunque.
