Näituse street is a very good location, it’s near the city center. There were different pillow options in the bedroom wardrobe, so I fortunately found a sturdier one there. The house seemed quite quiet, I could only hear the neighbours coming or going in the hallway a couple of times, but no noise from the other apartments. The kitchen and bedroom both had doors which could be shut so the noise of the refrigerator did not disturb my sleep. The bed was spacious in the bedroom.

The apartment was very cold, even when the radiators were turned up to the max setting. I had to sleep with 2 blankets and pajamas and socks on due to the cold. The hot water for the shower also did not go as high as I would have wanted nor did the hot water last for long enough. The floors were also very cold, but fortunately the owner had left slippers. There were no sinks in the toilet nor the shower room, the only sink was in the kitchen and there was no hand soap by the sink. I managed to find a dishwashing liquid in the cupboard below to wash my hands with. There were no blinding curtains in the bedroom so the sun was shining right in from the window, for which only a sleeping mask could help. There was a boiler near the apartment door which was constantly making noise. The house hallway 2nd floor light switch was situated on the 2nd floor so if the light wasn’t turned on in the evening, you’d have to use a flashlight to find your way in the dark to the stairs. The owner was very laconic in their responses and I had to message them myself to get the code to the key locker. The owner also came to the apartment to put wood in the fireplace without letting me know beforehand after I had already brought my things inside and had went out to the store for a moment. So I was understandably suprised when I came back to the apartment to find the door unlocked and a stranger in the apartment (as I had no knowledge of what the owner looked like).

Clean flat, new furniture, enough space internally, kind host, value for money. *********************************************************************************

House's stair hall could be in better condition, but it is not something the owner can do anything about.

Really spacious flat, clean, everything works well, area is quiet. Price per night with the location is in correlation.

Instructions before stay need to be clearer. Had to separately ask about collecting the keys. After asking I received the information about the lockbox. Bedroom doesn't have any nighttime curtains nor blinds.
