Place was clean

Easy access. Private also the pools were good rooftop has good view. I would come back .

Only downside is mattress in room

The location was excellent, very close to the inner areas of Patong.

Unfortunately there were multiple things I disliked about my stay. 1.) I was told by the staff I would be checking into a unit that was clean, however, when I moved into my unit I noticed there were ants on the floors. 2.) The bedding and pillow coverings were stained as I moved into the unit. 3.) The was a scheduled water outage that I was not made aware of until it was too late. I was inconvenienced without water for at least 4 hours with no previous email or text notification from the property. This property seems to have an issue with consistent upkeep of the units & communication with its occupants. I would love to stay here again but not unless these issues are resolved.

Very big and clean apartment. The swimming pool is clean and big.

The keyless system is good but it’s more helpful to give 2 cards in every apartment. The gym is small and not well equipped.

The pool and the property itself were decent

The day we were supposed to check in we received a message to say that the room we had booked had water damage. Therefore we were being placed in a different room (not the one we paid for) for 2 days until they can sort the issue. When we got to the replacement room there were issues with the AC which the engineers were fixing at the time we got there. After the 2 days we went to see the room we had booked and to our frustration we see that this room didnt have the ocean view as per the booking. All we were able to see were some buildings. We also had the AC leaking in the room before we arrived so we have to get the building manager to sort this out even before taking our belongings to the room. We kept having wifi issues which we raised with the building manager however this was proving to be very inconvenient and annoying since they wanted to come to the room early morning when we will be sleeping. Also to add we have cockroaches in the room! Overall our stay was pleasant however with the issues we kept experiencing from the moment we arrived didnt start our trip in the best ways.

Location was great, its walking distance from the beach and right next to a convenience store

Room was dusty and service was bad. Booked for a 5 pax room, but was not provided pillow and towel. Requested for it upon check in but was only provided in the next day.
