"We would definitely stay here again"

Very well appointed and comfortable. Clean and tasteful. The host was attentive and helpful. Lovely neighbourhood just outside the old town.

In winter the walk to to old town can be challenging

"Perfekt!"

Extrem ruhiges Apartment, sehr modern, stylisch und sauber. Die Lage optimal, in wenigen Minuten mitten im Geschehen. Sehr freundlicher Empfang des Vermieters. Wunderschöne Terrasse, direkt am Zimmer.

Everything about this place was perfect! The host was so helpful and great at communicating all details about the property. I loved the location: peaceful and a short walk from the center of Utrecht. The property is beautiful and one of the best beds I’ve ever slept in!!! Lovely selection of teas and coffees, and very much enjoyed having our morning coffee out in the private garden! I hope to visit Utrecht again and if I do this will be the place I stay ❤️

We liked everything. The studio was clean, nice, and welcoming. The Arijan was very kind. The location was super central, close to the city center and near a supermarket. Everything was perfect

"Stijlvolle luxe b&b in een fantastisch leuke stad!"

Erg fijne, comfortabele en modern & stijlvol ingerichte b&b van alle gemakken voorzien. Uitstekend voor meerdere dagen. De host heeft hier duidelijk aandacht aan besteed met oog voor detail. Voor de kenners: zelfs de hand- en douchezeep van ‘Marie-Stella-Maris’ is met zorg gekozen. Het contact rondom het verblijf was fijn en persoonlijk. Zinvolle en heldere informatie. Ook in de accommodatie zelf lag een informatiemap die met veel zorg - en oog voor styling - is gemaakt. Binnenkomen met handige toegangscode, maar kan ook persoonlijk. Erg fijn beddengoed en zeer fijne kussens. Ook hier is over nagedacht. De locatie is goed: mooi aan de rand van het stadscentrum waardoor je zo de stad in loopt! Dit is met recht een ‘hoog scorende’ b&b. Je voelt en ziet dat de host er serieus werk van heeft gemaakt. Een zeer warm welkom in een fantastisch mooie stad!

Zelfs aan wattenstaafjes en make-up removers was gedacht! Niets op aan te merken.

"Uitstekend."

Vriendelijke ontvangst. In een rustige straat gelegen. Niet ver van het centrum. Ruime kamer met alles wat je maar nodig hebt aanwezig. Fijne wifi.
