Pulizie approssimative, c’era polvere ovunque, il pavimento in listelli in legno era tutto rotto e sconnesso e camminandoci faceva un rumore assurdo, la notte chiunque della famiglia andava in bagno svegliava tutti

Η διαμονή μας άφησε μια εξαιρετικά κακή εντύπωση, με κύριο υπαίτιο την απαράδεκτη στάση της διεύθυνσης/ιδιοκτησίας απέναντι στο βασικότερο αγαθό της φιλοξενίας: την άνεση και τη θέρμανση. Άρνηση Πρόσβασης στον Κλιματισμό: Ενώ οι θερμοκρασίες ήταν εμφανώς χαμηλές, ο ιδιοκτήτης αρνήθηκε να μας δώσει τα τηλεχειριστήρια (remote) των κλιματιστικών, καθιστώντας τα παντελώς άχρηστα. Προσβλητική Συμβουλή: Η απάντηση που λάβαμε, να φορέσουμε «ζεστά ρούχα» επειδή ήταν «πολύ νωρίς» για θέρμανση, αποτελεί προσβολή για κάθε φιλοξενούμενο που πληρώνει για μια ολοκληρωμένη υπηρεσία διαμονής. Σκόπιμη Αδυναμία Θέρμανσης (1η Ημέρα): Τα καλοριφέρ, εκτός του ότι ήταν κλειστά, ήταν επιπλέον απενεργοποιημένα και από τις κεντρικές βάνες τους. Αυτό δείχνει σκόπιμη ενέργεια για αποφυγή λειτουργίας του συστήματος θέρμανσης. Ανεπαρκής Θέρμανση (2η Ημέρα): Όταν, τη δεύτερη ημέρα, το σύστημα τέθηκε επιτέλους σε λειτουργία και αναγκαστήκαμε να ανοίξουμε μόνοι μας τις βάνες, η απόδοση ήταν μηδενική/ανεπαρκής. Το δωμάτιο παρέμεινε κρύο και η διαμονή μας άβολη. Συμπέρασμα: Η προσπάθεια εξοικονόμησης χρημάτων εκ μέρους της διεύθυνσης έγινε εις βάρος της υγείας και της άνεσης των φιλοξενούμενων. Η στάση αυτή είναι μη επαγγελματική και καθιστά τη διαμονή σε αυτή την εποχή του χρόνου ακατάλληλη.

The main positive with this apartment is its location, immediately next to the Old Town (with its myriad restaurants and bars) and within walking distance of other places of interest. The check-in arrangements were excellent, with a video sent in advance showing exactly how to find the key box etc. It’s a reasonably large apartment (with a sizeable kitchen) but it’s not especially comfortable and is only suitable for a stay of a few days.

The Booking.com description of the apartment doesn’t fully convey what you get with this apartment. It doesn’t have two bathrooms; the toilet and shower are separate (useful in itself) but it’s not two full bathrooms. It doesn’t really have two bedrooms either. One of the bedrooms is part of the lounge area and can be separated by a complex series of wood /glass doors, which don’t offer full privacy. The lounge area is not particularly comfortable and contains a well-worn sofa bed, which wasn’t very comfortable as a sofa, and a very uncomfortable chair. Overall, the apartment is quite dilapidated and could do with both a deep clean and with some further refurbishment.

Las camas, muy incómodas, el sofá inexistente, No hay mesa ni sillas de comedor una butaca horrible, nos costó entrar pues habían enviado la clave equivocada.

Svårt att mörklägga i vardagsrummet.

Excellent location in Old Town next to great restaurants, museums, hop-on-hop-off bus. Elevator made it easy to get up to 7th floor.

One AC not working in main room (owners had new one but not yet installed), but ACs in bedrooms worked so that was important. Listed as having 2 bathrooms, which technically it does but with most listings this means 2 full bathrooms with toilet and shower/bath. Apartment had a half bath (toilet & sink) and a room with shower & sink. Worked fine for our 2 couples but might be considered inaccurate.
