"Never again!"

I did not like anything at all. We booked for 2 nights but left after the 1st night.

The unit was dirty, door lock is broken, hallyway stinks so bad, no toilet paper, wifi and TV wasn't working, mop was in the shower area. Very uncomfortable stay and we lost money coz we didn't stay the whole booking duration. Any chance we can be refunded for that due to uncomfortable situation?

cockroats, staff have no autoritets, have to call staff. They changed our roomtype, even to a another hotel, hours before checkin when we where in the air they changed back to this hotel again, but another roomtype
