Comfortable beds. Tea and coffee. Lovely flat in a good location. Once we were up the stairs the flat was really clean.

The stairs had not been hoovered. We felt a bit bombarded with instructions to make it easier for the host/cleaning team but when we asked to drop our bags off early this could not be accommodated due to the quick turn around. I am unsure why we couldn’t have had the key code earlier just to drop the bags in the hall. The cost of bag storage was £25.

Great location and facilities. Cozy and well worth the money. It exceeded what I was expecting by a mile. They even provided a parking permit which goes beyond reasonable expectations in my opinion...
