Posizione dell’hotel, letto comodo e spazioso, ampia camera, personaggi gentile

Disorganizzazione, poco impegno nel sistemare le problematiche della stanza, acqua che entrava dalle finestre, finestra della camera da letto scardinata, la camera da letto non era totalmente buia, per essere un cinque stelle in buffet era veramente ridotto,aspirazione della camera non funzionante e divano macchiato

L'endroit, le professionnalisme du personnel la propreté, la chambre la surface les équipements.

Le repas du 31 était bas de gamme ,buffet classique de tous les jours animation bas de gamme .soirée dîner et animations très chers pour le resultat mediocre et décevant.

Our stay was good, we enjoyed SPA and the hotel itself. Hotel was clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Very quiet location, all perfect about facilities.

Breakfast was very poor, more like 3* hotel and not 5* obviously (no sausages, no salmon despite being marked in the menu as available on request, no variety of sweets) We were there 7 nights and also spent Christmas morning there - nothing changed, poor breakfast all 7 mornings.... The only thing that was really good at the breakfast - detox soothies
