My stay left me with a negative impression. The only good things about the hotel are sleep and breakfast; everything else is poor. - Poor service - All the family activities advertised don't work. You have to beg for everything, find staff, remind people, etc. You even show up for some, and they're cancelled. - There are no staff at dinner, you're left to your own. - The pool is really small and uncomfortable. - They put some kind of tag on my suitcase that's hard to remove. I asked the manager to remove it. She scratched the edges and left it there, pretending it was there. - There really isn't much to do in the hotel, but its location makes it inconvenient to even get anywhere. That's why the hotel is mostly booked by business travelers for bed and breakfasts.

Clean, lively place with all facilities. Complimentary cocktails and snacks were a great touch.

The taxi union blocks app-based cabs, forcing overpriced rides at double rates. I had to walk 500 meters on the main road with all my luggage to reach my booked taxi. The hotel did nothing to help—clearly benefiting from this arrangement.

staff were amazing, in particular ms bhawana rai who went above & beyond to make sure we had a great stay, this included coming in even though she wasn't feeling well herself to check that everything was ok for a function she helped us to organise in the hotel, assisting with medical help when one of our party needed it. She truly made our stay special and we cannot thank her enough

Lovely hotel, well equipped rooms, brilliant service, food and drinks. The reception staff are exceptionally helpful. I would highly recommend.

Not close to the beaches,so some planning required for walking or a taxi.
