Posizione fantastica, nel quartiere murattiano vicinissima alla Bari vecchia. Facilmente raggiungibile dalla stazione. Appartamento curato, pulito, accogliente. Graditissima l'accoglienza con taralli e una bottiglia di vino.

Great central location with everything within walking distance. Check-in was seamless; I received a code and entered late at night without any issues.

The bed is very uncomfortable and makes noise with every move. Lighting is weak, and several items look worn, including rusty trash bins and broken faucets. The bathroom clearly needs attention to small details, and some curtains are torn.

Lage Super. 3 Querstraßen von der Haupteinkaufsstraße entfernt. 10 Min in die Altstadt oder zum Hauptbahnhof zu Fuß. 1000 Mbit Wlan up and Down sehr nice. Entspricht den Bildern. Man hört niemanden anderes im Haus Waschmschine vorhanden (inkl Wäscheständer und Waschmittel) (neu und recht leise) Auch Geschirrspühler vorhanden ( Alt, braucht ewig und ist extrem Laut) Man bekommt pro Person 3 Handtücher in 3 Größen. Informationen auf Booking waren falsch (Checkin ist nicht 15:00 sondern 12:00). Die Küche ist generell gut ausgestattet mit Tellern, Besteck, Töpfen etc. (Schneidbrett hat gefehlt) Der Glasboden von der obenen Ebene zur Küche runter ist eine Nette idee.

Ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Ikea Möbel welche schon auseinander fallen (Ikea Malm) Farbe auf Heizkörpern blättert ab. Fugen sind nicht schön und das WC war nie wirklich sauber. Was mich wirklich gestört hat waren die Klimaanlagen. Es gibt zwei. Eine oben und einen unten. beide mit Schwarzem Schimmel innen überzogen. Gehören dringend desinfiziert bzw ausgetauscht da einen schon angeschmolzen war. Es ist immer schwühl im Apartment (wie auch in Bari). 65% luftfeuchtigkeit. Mit der Klima bekommt man es runter. Aber sobald man sie abstellt ist Dank Altbau die Feuchtigkeit wieder da. Man hat nur eine Decke. Als wir nach einer zweiten gefragt haben, konnte keine zur verfügung gestellt werden. Komunikation erfolgt über Whatsapp wo man auch einen Kopie vom Ausweis schicken muss bevor man die Info´s zum Schlüsselsafe bekommt. Fischhändler ist im Haus, Geruch nicht so mitbekommen da wir nicht abends draußen gegesssen sind (keine Möbel auf dem Balkon (das Nachbar Apartment aber schon). aber klopfen von Fisch hört man.

Amazon location. Easy walk to train station to do day trips as well as the old town and access to beaches or buses. Restaurants in area are fantastic, such a good local vibe vs tourist scene. The place was large, I loved that didn’t feel cramped and was very appreciative of the air conditioning in the sweltering July heat. Communication was good, little hiccup with getting information ahead of time with the lockbox so there was a small delay. Just make sure you ask for that ahead of time and you should be set. There was a little welcome snack/and some large towel, which is always nice to have

No complaints, just be aware it’s up some stairs to get to apartment and inside the stairs to bedroom are a little steep if you have kids and/or are older. The mattress felt a little old, but overall enjoyed.
