Riad le Jardin de Mina

L’accueil chaleureux de l’équipe, leur gentillesse et leur serviabilité ! L’emplacement du Riad est parfait pour tout faire à pied. Le petit-déjeuner : incroyable !! Des produits de qualité, du goût, de la variété… Rien à redire ! La chambre très bien, grande et propre chaque jour. La piscine, toujours dispo pour que les enfants puissent aller se défouler après de longues journées de visites !

Le confort des matelas… mais ça ne nous a quand même pas empêché de dormir ! Aussi, petit moins pour la navette proposée à 14€ l’aller et finalement facturée 20€…

Het personeel was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt was eenvoudig maar heerlijk. De Riad zelf ziet er prachtig uit.

Onze kamer was beneden en de gordijnen van de deur gingen niet helemaal dicht waardoor we in de ochtend veel last hadden van het licht en geluid van andere mensen

We were welcomed by the host with tea, gave us the room imidiately. the room was clean, pretty, they cleaned it every day and changed the towels. The location is good, pretty close to all the main atractions. We didn’t have time to eat breakfast, but one day after the balloon, we arrived later than 10 and still were asked if we wanted breakfast which we appreciated. On our last day i got food poisoning from one restaurant in town and felt very sick, but the man who made breakfast was kind enough to go buy bread and toast it for me, which was a big plus for us. It was trully amazing

Dopo settimane dalla prenotazione, al nostro arrivo ci è stata assegnata una camera totalmente diversa da quella scelta: invece di una deluxe sulla terrazza, ci è stata rifilata una piccola stanza accanto alla piscina, senza privacy, con persone sedute ai tavolini letteralmente davanti alla porta. Tutto questo alle 23 di sera, appena arrivati a Marrakech, costringendoci a cercare in fretta un’altra sistemazione. Per ottenere la cancellazione gratuita abbiamo persino dovuto cercare noi il numero del proprietario e contattarlo direttamente, visto che dalla struttura ci hanno rimandati a Booking senza alcun aiuto concreto. La cosa peggiore? Leggendo altre recensioni, sembra che questo “giochetto” di assegnare camere inferiori rispetto a quelle prenotate non sia nemmeno nuovo. Comportamento poco serio e altamente scorretto. Fate attenzione. Mi dispiace solo per il ragazzo che stava lavorando e ci ha accolto all’ingresso.

The location is great, there's a more authentic shopping street nearby where you can buy almost anything. The hosts are very kind and welcome you with local tea. The breakfast was delicious, and the terrace is nice to chill at.
