Room and balcony a bit small

I stayed at this hotel for three nights, from August 12th to August 15th, 2025. Upon arrival, I was given a room that did not match the description on Booking.com. The listing stated 20 m², but the room was only about 15 m². It was so small that two people could barely move around. Unfortunately, this happened on my birthday, and to make matters worse, the room had no windows. This was room 203, located on the first floor, directly in front of the stairs. The next day, I was moved to another room, after I immediately told the reception upon check-in that I could not accept such a small room compared to what was advertised. The second room was indeed bigger, and at least two people could move around more comfortably. However, the mattresses were very old and dirty — the dirt and stains were simply covered with a bedsheet. I do not recommend this hotel at all. It does not deserve the €200 per night rate I paid. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels in my life, but I have never seen something like this for such a price: small rooms and poor cleanliness. At the very least, the mattresses were dirty and in terrible condition. Be aware that not all rooms have 20 m² as stated on Booking.com, which is misleading.

Tutto perfetto a cominciare dalla posizione a pochi passi dalla splendido mare e vicinissimo al centro... Personale gentilissimo, camera molto pulita. Se dovessimo tornare a Naxos sicuramente sceglieremmo nuovamente questo hotel...

...unico appunto mancanza di spazio per i vestiti...

Hotel does not have an elevator, but is only 4 floors. Room are a little small but very well decorated and comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect — restaurants were just around the corner, and the beach was only a few steps away. Our room was very clean and had everything we needed The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. One detail we especially loved was the shower inside the lobby restroom. Since our ferry was in the late afternoon, we could spend a few hours at the beach after check-out and then freshen up before our journey — such a thoughtful touch! If we return to Naxos, we will definitely choose this hotel again.

The bed which was very comfortable felt a bit too large for the size of the room, and the coffee machine was placed inside the wardrobe, which meant there was no space to hang long dresses.

Very nice hotel. Clean and frech. Friendly and helpfull staff.
