"Good value for the money you spend"

The complex has an amazing pool. Good value for the money. Nice bathroom.

The aprtment is ok for the money but could be much better: the shades in the living room do not close, the entrance door is old and has a wide crack below where insects come in, the furniture is oldish and the extra beds are terrible. A bit far from the beaches.
