GBVery good location next to tram stop. Very quiet and comfortable. Well equipped and basics left such as tea/coffee.
Instructions for the TV would help-not sure if there was restricted access to iplayer or freeview or if it was just my inability to navigate it. Pretty minor gripe though!

One bed was raised and difficult to get into without a step. We weren't aware of this before we arrived.
GBThe location is great, just a 15 minute walk to the castle. It was easy to find and all the instructions we were given worked well. The house was easy to warm up (we visited in October).
We didn't realise from the one photo of the second bedroom just how high the bed was. It wasn't suitable for younger children as there are no guard rails on the bed; probably at least a 3ft drop.

GBBrilliant property, exactly what I needed, super comfortable, clean and instantly felt homely, wish I could have stayed for longer than 2 nights. Good bedrooms, fab shower and nice rooms to relax in. TV in everyroom!

IEGBThe location was easy to get to in Ubers and lovely and quiet. When we arrived it was nice and clean and very comfortable to spend time in. The conservatory was lovely and we liked having tea and breakfast there in the morning. Kitchen had the necessities we needed and the shower room was glorious. The bedrooms were well decorated and comfortable to sleep in! The tv in each room was a nice touch !
Second bed was a little hard to get onto. I am young and even I had to do a bit of a run up to leap up! It makes no sense considering the storage space under that particular bed, not to include a small step ladder. We booked this apartment because it said it had a sofa bed, which we could ask to be made up upon request - even though I requested it, it was not made up meaning we had to set it up ourselves with things we found in the cupboards. The property comes with an ironing board but apparently no iron. We had to walk to a nearby shop to buy one (we were there for a wedding.) it seems like a bit of an oversight seeing as the property was well stocked otherwise.
