Everything was very relaxing ans aesthetic. We really enjoyed the pool facilities and the restaurant. The staff was absolutely lovely.

The Wifi was rather bad. But it was okay to be a little disconnected

"Such a nice hotel with amazing staff"

The staff were incredible. They were always so happy to help with anything and so polite. Kamal in particular was such a nice guy. The hotel and the pool area was so nice, clean and relaxing.

Drinks etc seemed a bit expensive but this seems to be a norm for any tourist destinations in Marrakech.

Nous sommes retournés aux palmiers pour la deuxième fois. Après un premier séjour idyllique en amoureux l’an dernier, cette fois nous avons emmené nos enfants et c’était une fois encore un moment magique. La gentillesse et la qualité du service rend chaque instant exceptionnel, chaleureux et précieux. Nous reviendrons encore et encore tant nous sommes heureux d’avoir trouvé ce magnifique cocon pour nos vacances à Marrakech. Ne changez rien et merci pour tout.
