This hotel was amazing, the staff were nice and helpful. The room was large and beautiful beyond words. I would stay here over and over again.

"Nice lovely & relaxing stay"

I would stay here as the venue matched how it looked online. However, note that the spa services are not onsite and managed by an on call 3rd party as well as it is to be paid in local cash only.

The WiFi was horrible/ not strong enough as I tried to join 2 brief virtual meetings and it would freeze after every 6 words.

Hotel staff in the restaurant and bar area were amazing and the room was very nice.

The price didn’t reflect the stay. The resident only pool was a lot smaller than the public one. The breakfast wasn’t great for someone who doesn’t like sweet food in the morning. Every morning we woke up we had no electricity. The reception staff were not very hospitable, and quite obnoxious.
