The place was clean and comfortable. The aircon is cool, and the beds are comfy. There is a dirty kitchen at the back of the property, a common area for dining and a play area upstairs. They also have an honesty store where you can buy some of the basic food (eggs, noodles, hotdogs, water, and some snacks).

The place is still under construction but looks really promising once completed. Some areas to improve on are having some storage space in the toilet (holder for toiletries), cabinet/shelf or hooks for hanging clothes in the room, rubbish bins in rooms and common area, and a laundry area. Also note that there is a set of stairs from the gate to the property, which is not wheelchair accessible.

I like how hospitable they are. Very approachable and the owner and their family is really nice. I would love to stay there again on my next visit to the philippines.

The place needs a little more improvement but I understand because it's still under construction. Hopefully on my next visit, the place will be fully done.
