Nice, clean, new construction, comfortable bed, AC works great

No negatives, I really enjoyed my stay.

Lovely large clean room with spotless modern bathroom. Great sea view from the rooms large double window. Excellent AC and fan kept the room cool. The balcony was fantastic. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and huge quantities each day, served on the balcony. A different breakfast each day (dosa, apam,idli, hoppers, fruit, fresh juice, tea/coffee). Late afternoon tea and battered snacks provided each day. A useful shop downstairs. Over the road, then over a few rocks, it is possible to swim just 50m from the room - fantastic! The main beach is about a km up the road but I was happy with nipping over the wall. Very friendly and kind people running the place. Laxmi speaks excellent English.

Family is fantastic. Clean and nice room

Great location, very clean and most of all: helpful, friendly, welcoming owners. Genuine hospitality.

The property is less than a year old. The room was spacious with a large ensuite shower room, the bed was firm ish and large. Light flooded in due to the amount of large glazing. We also like the large balcony overlooking the seafront.

If I was to include anything here, maybe the lack of any tea and coffee as there was a kettle provided.

The hosts were very nice and helpful 😊Lakshmi spoke very good English which made it easier to communicate.We had quite a nice stay.The breakfast was ok.A bit of a walk to get food and a sandy beach.

A bit noisy when opening and closing the shop that’s at the front of the property.

All was perfect

A very pleasant stay. Exceptional hosts, treated us like family. Stayed at the property for 4 days. Location was good. Food was excellent. Rooms were neat and well maintained. But the hosts made the overall experience memorable.
