"Beautiful view for the price !!"

Hawaii in Mexico The view is amazing! and the size its perfect for 4 or 6 people. Very clean and comfortable. Downstairs is a shopping place if you miss anything outside. VERY SAFE and the staff is very kind and helpful. I've been in MAUI and the closest beach looks like it. I even had an hr. massage for 30 bucks right by the beach.

NO PARKING.And the beach and the pool is private. If you want access is $100 USD daily rate fee To access the beach we had to walk like 20 min. AFTER LA ISLA MALL. There was only one elevator functioning. So we had to wait for out turn.

The room was very luxurious, A/C worked great and the view was amazing.

Information not accurate regarding how close to the beach this Condo was located. In order to get to beach we had to leave the resort and walk about 7-10mins. They are advertising this condo as steps away from othe beach but that is only if you buy the SunScape resort package that cost $100 a day for a person. You had to buy the $100 a day to the resort located next to this property (Sunscape) in order to use the pool and have access to the beach. One of the bed sheets were not clean, the location is away from everything you had to take a taxi everywhere or walk 15+ mins. (Not ideal in 90 degree humid weather)

"Very fun stay"

My stable is extremely comfortable. The room was very modern and very clean.

The property does not include the pool or access to the beach. You have to pay more to have access to those amenities.

"Poor"

View

We are very upset about having paid so much money without being able to use the facilities. Mr. Emiliano said we should notify Booking.com so they could refund us 20% through Booking. Please read the texts Manager Emiliano sent us explaining his apologies and stating that he will refund us through Booking this money that we are waiting for. We was never able to use facilities and was a very uncomfortable situation to walk very very long distance to the beach and no swimming pool and facilities that we was paying for in first place.
