"Good location to walk to a nice beach, ground floor flat with underground parking."

Location was good for walking to a nice big beach. MacDonald close by for a quick meal as well as a lovely Italian restaurant called 'Focus'. You could walk to the train station. Check in was easy. It was not noisy. Underground free parking garage available. Kitchen was well stocked, dishwasher and washing machine. The company assisted when we had found issues with the property.

Only 1 aircon in the property, in the lounge, not working well, more like a fan. Very hot in bedrooms during our stay in July, we requested fans and that made a big difference. Parking on the street possible, although there was never an open parking spot. Getting into and out of the underground parking spot is tight as it is in part of a corner, should be OK for a small car. We initially had problems with not enough bedding, getting the hot water to work (only hot when when turned to full power/jet shower mode), and no fans (we didn't realise there were only 1 aircon in property and none in bedrooms), but after speaking to the company, we got most issues sorted. The window in the lounge's lock is not working, so close the black shutters when we went out. Cupboards in bedrooms needs airing and cleaning out - a strong unpleasant smell made them unusable. Bedrooms were big enough that we could live out of our suitcases.
