USThe view was great. Had the condo and not the hotel so no access to the gym without have to pay extra. However, the full kitchen is amazing.

USBreakfast not included the rate. So, had no experiences about that. Location was good. We like just stay, relax, reading and step out for very good meals, each meal cost around 70-100, good food in Waikiki.
I did not like only stay 2 nights, too short., extended another 2 nights 13-15, May. I did not like the 15th was sold out, no room complete.
USLocation was wonderful ! Especially the room decoration, so deco, white and light blue all. Breakfast we went to Ventage Island Cafe. Because the rate not included the breakfast, we step out for meal. The grill & bar had great steak, comes music and ocean/harbor view.
I did not like stay only for 4 night total, too short. And would like to visit again and stay at 2 weeks. Nothing to do too much but stay the wonderful deco room, dreaming!

AUSunset ocean views, full kitchen with fridge kettle and toaster, crockery cutlery and utensils, dishwasher, 2x double beds, beach chairs and umbrellas, spacious appartment, wifi, A/C, clean and newly renovated, nice location close to lagoon and beach and a nice walk to and from Waikiki centre, 2x pools on site especially lvl2 pool for our 5yo child.
An iron would have been handy as the supplied garment steamer didnt quite cut it, a cordless stick vacuum would have been easy but the broomstick/sweeper was sufficient. It would have been nice if the shower had a bit more water pressure.
