Casa Mario, La Zenia Boulevard area,fantastic 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms house with communal swimming pool and barbecue

Location and modern interior, outdoor seating/space in house

Just a pity it didn’t have bunk beds in room to allow 3 kids to stay together in one room.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and very central to restaurants shopping and beach

The beds were not very comfortable

The property was great and exceeded our expectations. There was plenty of inside and outside space. The space outside catered for both sun worshippers and those who like to sit outside with plenty of shade. Inside, the property was clean, modern, comfortable and spacious. All utilities and utensils were provided for cooking , cleaning, ironing, etc. Supermarket, shopping centre and bars were within a 5 to 10 min walk. Our host Bianca provided us with plenty of information on where to find the property and arranged to meet us at our convenience. We found her to be lovely, friendly and helpful. This was our first visit to La Zenia and we loved the area and the property we stayed in and will definitely be back again.

No me gustó que había demasiadas plantas en la casa que solo atraían bichos , tuve que comprar un insecticida , tambien los gatos callejeros se colaban en la casa cada rato, aparte la barbacoa no la pudimos utilizar ya que era imposible y también que la casa tenía cámara de vigilancia y no fuimos avisados de ellos y pusimos queja de la cual todavía no recibimos respuesta es ilegal tener cámaras de seguridad en alojamientos turísticos y más sin.previo aviso.

L emplacement est parfait, la maison est joliment décorée et bien équipée. Elle se trouve dans un domaine fermé et calme. Les hôtes sont sympas et réactifs.

La piscine est le petit côté négatif, elle est petite et ancienne mais on est à 10 min à pied de Playa Flamenca

Fantastic location ☺️ easy walk to bars, restaurants, and La Zenia boulevard. 15 min walk to Playa flamenca Beach if you use the gate to your right and onto the footpath on dual carriage way, under the bridge, follow the signs 🏖 The house was extremely clean and well kept, and a perfect size for 2 adults and 3 teenagers. Air conditioning worked perfectly in both bedrooms and the main living area.

The beds are not very comfortable. And maybe if a shopping trolley was there as it was very tough trying to carry shopping back in the heat. We did make use of Mercodona delivery and Glovo which was brilliant.

The location of the house is very good - an easy walk to the boulevard or other shops and resturaunts. It's not possible to walk to the beach which is unfortunate, but the community pool is very near by.

Being able to walk to the beach would have been amazing.

I stayed at Casa Mario for two weeks in July 2024 with my family (2 adults and 3 teenagers). It was a very nice, clean house with excellent facilities. The photos do not it justice. Lovely patio, balcony and solarium with very good furniture. The communal pool was clean and well maintained. Within walking distance of the boulevard, pubs and restaurants.
