Easy access to the beach and all surrounding areas. Keyless entry was a huge plus.

There was limited amount of parking for the amount of rooms that are there.

"Perfect spring break getaway for a worn-out teacher"

The location was right on the beach and close to local restaurants and attractions, but not too close to spring break parties. Most of the other people staying at other properties on the premises seemed older or were families, which made me feel safer.

"Cozy Retreat"

Beach location was perfect for us. Not too busy and close to activities and restaurants we were interested in doing during our week long stay in April. Perfect beach weather. The unit was clean and comfortable. Well stocked with dishes, pans, and supplies. Area felt safe and ample parking. Great place to catch beautiful sunsets!

Had a stale cigarette odor when we arrived but was less noticeable later in week. Some stains on sofa.

The condo was decorated so cute. Having all the essential cookware and utensils was awesome as well.. it was clean and well kept. The location was perfect, right on the beach! The staff were courteous and friendly. I would recommend this spot! Will definitely be back !! Thanks so much for helping make mine and my granddaughters vacation a memorable one! Much love!

location is perfect. central to everything. clean place inside. even though the building is older it wasn't run down looking. beautifully decorated. heat and air both worked perfectly. nice elevator. the view from the door/window was perfect

the over crowding of knick knacks just laying around which took up counter space and made the place seem crowded.

The actions & the view.

The outside could aesthetically use some love. The pool area is very nice. The view deck is awesome, walk to Runaway Island on Beach. Steps from Gulf.
