Excellent communication and care.

Perfectly located for Co-op live arena. Far enough away from the centre to be quiet and safe. Host Cat was easy to contact and the whole process was smooth from start to finish.

Nice touches like butter and milk in the fridge, plenty of teas and coffees and condiments. Welcome basket not to our tastes but am sure many would appreciate.

Property was a bit shabby round the edges, bedding creased, no homely touches (pictures/candles/ornaments would be nice). Garden needed some love and no outside table, shame as the weather was great and we would have used the garden had it been nice. Very steep narrow driveway.

Perfect for our needs, all facilities covered and great location. Many thanks to our hosts, who made us feel very welcome.

Lovely property in a great area, which was excellent for accessing central Manchester by tram or taxi. We were a group going to a concert in Manchester. The host gave great advice about where to go for a drink, etc. Also, great communication with the host about getting access to the property and leaving the following day. Tea coffee biscuits, Crumpets, Crisps, milk and butter all supplied which we didn't expect. A great option for anyone visiting Manchester for an event.

The host was very friendly from the get go - asking about our estimated time of arrival and being very communicative surrounding all the questions I raised about the property. It’s located in a very good area - links to Manchester, Hyde and surrounding areas is really good. The property was very clean, and the host provided snacks to welcome my family and I for our stay. All in all, I would definitely go back!

Super clean and comfortable. Friendly response to my mixing up house numbers. Nice soft bedding and duvet. Wifi and Netflix. Loved the extras as my teen/adult boys did too - crumpets, biscuits, hot chocolate and fresh milk in the fridge. Everything you might need was provided from hairdryer to iron and ironing board. Private off road parking a fabulous extra.

We liked everything so this is what I hope is constructive feedback rather than a moan! The steps were steep and if my mum was with us she definitely wouldn't have been able to manage them I don't recall seeinganythingabout them in the description. The bedding wasn't ironed (tiny detail and personal preference) and decor is a little dated in places. Parking great for smaller car - we had to leave ours sticking out however there was still plenty of pavement space even with it sticking out!

The house and and cleanness

Only had 1 bathroom for pax of 5. Not so convenient for big group of people.
